I'm just so sad, angry, frustrated and defeated right now. Support indie creators when you think they do something great by sharing their work and, if you can afford it, give them even just the smallest contribution to their income. Even 1$ moves the needle, remember that.

I've been cooking up some art challenge for October and I would like to present you OC-tober! We're designing new characters based on the prompts in this one, you can keep them or sell them out, have fun creating! 💖 #artchallenge #OCsky #OCchallenge2026

OC-tober 2026
Design new characters based on the prompts! Pick one or combine them, have fun with the challenge I bestow upon you! Each set of prompts is meant for a 4-day challenge, with 3 free days in between to do any catching up or rest from the game. You can interpret the prompts and challenge however you see fit. Do as many or as little characters as you have time and energy for. First and foremost - have fun creating!
Oct 1-4 - watch, guidance, capricious
Oct 5-8 - rapid, fishing, tea
Oct 9 - free day
Oct 10-13 - courage, path, imaginary
Oct 14-17 - moon, pray, doll
Oct 18 - free day
Oct 19-22 - king, rose, gruesome
Oct 23-26 - billowy, flight, revolution
Oct 27 - free day
Oct 28-31 - chemistry, funeral, rhythm

You can use this challenge to make adoptables based on the prompts. It was made with that purpose in mind and you may do the same if you want! I take no credit for any of your creations, I just wish to share a fun community activity, nor do I claim the ownership over OCtober name or concept. Have fun, take care of yourself and screw AI.

Use #OCchallenge2026 so I can find you and share your work!

If you think we should charge more then pay us what you think we're worth. If we raise our prices, other people who are *not* you will not commission us, because now we're too expensive for them. Being a freelance artist is cut-throat and hard enough right now.

LRT this is also why I have PWYW and mystery box commissions available, YOU as a client are dictating my rates for the service, I only provide a vague guideline what you can get in that price range (those are also my favourite services, please give me more)
