Looked it up last night (Mormons are a special interest of mine, my friend's ex was Mormon) & turns out it's been a thing for at least two decades roughly. Young ones get taught to backflip. Reminds me of street gangs doing breakdancing to impress the youth.

I suffer migraines potentially any time the weather or heat changes. Natural scented stuff and rubbing oils help, so does keeping glasses clean. Basically trying to erase any triggers the migraines can build up on. Some days it's still rough, but this way I don't vomit as much.
