He was out for *3 minutes* when, blatantly defying of the judge’s order, ICE “rearrested” him. MPR spoke to other detainees who’d filed successful habeus petitions & been “rearrested.” ICE dislocated one man’s arm in the process. Fuck this fascist, white nationalist administration. FUCK ICE!

No Data Centers in Minneapolis! PLS SHARE! MN law says that cities can only enact temporary moratoriums—not permanent bans—on data centers. Mpls’ moratorium will expire on 11/21 and we need zoning regulations so restrictive that they act as an effective ban on the big data centers.
