The Magician's Nephew is so uncanny and I absolutely adore it! I also love The Last Battle for its wild lore expansion, but the overall story of Magician's Nephew is way better.

Agree 100% about ETL, I love when you have dual POV and they don't even notice the other person's physicality because they're too busy hating each other. Even Crown does a good job of holding them at arm's length from each other even though we KNOW there's no way that'll last.

I know, it's such a labor of love across the art, writing, music, etc., like they really built a complete world for all your senses. The Kim approval is so valid; I wish I could recreate the dopamine rush I got when I learned that Kim *really* trusts me during the shootout. It's such a haunting game, I love how unapologetically weird and deep it is.

See, I started out using spend! It feels very appropriate, but as soon as I put it in a character's mouth (the word, not the jizz ha) it felt really off. I've settled on using it for in-text descriptions and less active dirty talk.

Haha I appreciate that particular double meaning! You can get pretty far with just physically describing it (mess, slick, etc) but we've entered dirty talk territory and one of them isn't a virgin, so I can't just call it "your surprising geyser" (much as I'd like to)
