Carson McHone at the Delicious Clam in Sheffield tonight. Fantastic songs and harmonies. I've seen her support another band solo acoustic so this was a real treat. Thanks for coming to Sheffield. Crazy to see a band this good in a room this small

can't stop thinking about Bob Dylan telling Martin Scorsese (on camera) that a guy on the Rolling Thunder Revue tour helped himself to too much of catering and made himself unpopular. Curb-level schenanigans.

What's the correct term in international diplomacy for "the most fucking stupid human being to ever set foot inside the whitehouse" and has he considered keeping his mouth shut?
Indeed, in a sign of growing US frustration, vice-president JD Vance earlier today acknowledged there was an “impasse” in getting Putin to agree to a ceasefire and end the war, and added that it “takes two to tango. I know [Trump’s] willing to do that, but if Russia is not willing to do that, then we’re eventually just going to say, this is not our war”.

Second computer, the even more niche commodore 16 plus 4, with ROM based business software including a word processor, a spreadsheet, and a real database. A pair of 5 1/2" floppies and a dot matrix printer. At weekends, go to corner shop to buy games on tape that may or may not load, mostly not
