In 2013 I did feel that Paige was a level above any of the women’s wrestlers I had seen in WWE prior. AJ Lee was only good compared to Eva Marie and Summer Rae.

People are always saying this, but I’ve barely seen AEW fans acting this way in large numbers since 2021. Over 90% of what I see from wrestling accounts on X and Facebook is people posting pics of the empty half of the arena at AEW shows and saying the promotion needs to die.

They could have done something better than put Mercedes in a TBS title feud, but I don’t think immediately winning the world title is it. Other promotions have done that and it never pans out well, it makes the rest of the division look like shit.
