Somehow… the Skywalker Saga returned(?) With there being quite a lot of discussion on what the future of Star Wars will look like after next year, let’s talk about it all! Do we NEED an Episode X-XII? What shows are after Ahsoka? Let’s talk the pros & cons of it all!

Literally me reading the credits of Maul: Shadow Lord after Chapter 6 and learning that Rheena Sul and Devon Izara are voiced by mother and daughter Pamela and Gideon Adlon respectively and that Odessa A’zion is Pamela’s other daughter. 🤯 #StarWars

Been on a big X-Men reading binge lately, so I thought I’d pose a question to my oomfs as well as anyone else who is interested. Who out there is also reading X-Men, and if so, what storyline are you on? I’ll go first:

*If* these train derailments are a consequence of extreme heat warping the tracks (alongside the wild fires) then the government really needs to start recognising the situation we’re in and start acting like it. Banning disposable bbqs isn’t going to cut it.

Disney canceled THE ACOLYTE and WONDER MAN after one season despite both receiving positive critical reception and attracting a dedicated fan base... Gonna keep rooting for Amandla Stenberg and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II because they're awesome and deserve better...

The recently deceased Rod Liddle here talking about sleeping with school children. Presumably writing these articles gave him less time for pushing his pregnant partner down the stairs. He was a dreadful, despicably, awful, homophobic, sexist, and racist scumbag. Now he’s dead.

If Ryan Gosling, Shawn Levy, and Jonathan Tropper are moving straight from Star Wars into the MCU for ‘Ghost Rider’ you’d imagine that’s a pretty good sign about how ‘Starfighter’ is looking.

I must say, given the way things ended for a certain character in ‘Eye of Darkness’, ‘Temptation of the Force’ could not have a better opening chapter. Literally the first sentence put a big smile on my face. ☺️ #StarWars #HighRepublic

Maybe it’s my timeline, but I don’t see enough praise directed this film’s way for sticking the landing and cementing the Apes reboot as a legit great trilogy. It’s also the perfect example of how to do comic relief in what is otherwise a dark and serious film with Bad Ape.

Elon Musk is a despicable fascist who has been almost ludicrously overt with his racism and Nazi-esque views for years now. You can’t solve any of the problems that he’s causing unless you very obviously recognise this central fact and call it out.

Yes! Adria’s a hell of a get for the DCU!! Bix fans stay winning! As for who she’s playing, Maxima is definitely the kind of obscure DC character I could imagine Gunn taking an interest in, but the conflicting reports makes me “Wonder” if she could be playing someone else…? 🤔
