Explaining to my child how we measure length 🐜 very small things in millimetres 📏 small things in centimetres 🛣️ big things in kilometres 🧍‍♀️Try using my height as an example, automatically say 5 foot 7 inches 🚙 And then we get in the car to school, the Satnav tells us it is 4 miles away 😂😂😂

I robbed a bank today (it was an escape room) - but I sometimes think that it would be easier to rob a real bank than access my research funding that I am meant to be able to access to do my work, which I ultimately end up paying out of pocket. No wonder clinical academia is dying - the bureaucracy
