Big Walk also mirrors issues i have in real life, where third spaces are full of friction (money, air quality, safety, etc)... and I dont need that in my video games, i need a proper third space (with some challenge and friction, sure, but not to a point where i dont want to go out ever)

I think it really shows how friction points multiply each other. And how social can mitigate that, but also add a bit of social pressure that can exacerbate issues.

Just uh managing expectations, because it was a bit of disappointment after so much of my own excitement and anticipation for Big Walk. Now I know it's not what i expected, so i can play it as what it is. And use Discord instead of in-game chat to reduce frustrations! Blasphemy i know, dont care :)

Big Walk is very messy. It can easily become a nightmare, after that first area. Darkness, bad mics, voice delays, very short voice distance, limited inventory... create a very fragile experience, with a high risk of some players having a horrible time. But the puzzles and locations are amazing.
