I just watched Howard Lutnick on CNN with Pamela Brown making absolutely zero sense and as usual, trying to have it both ways. The USA is the 'sumo wrestler' of world trade, but also has been 'taken advantage of' by literally the rest of the world, even uninhabited islands. WTF, America.
