Its strange, I have frequent sleep paralysis episodes but they feel nice, almost euphoric. I see psychedelic shapes, movement like seaweed flowing back and forth on the ceiling and golden letters I can't read on the walls. I've never seen a shadow creature or hatman. Does this happen to anyone else?

I think we should start calling Sam Altman and other tech bros quacks. Quacks are scam artists who think they are smarter than they actually are. Usually quacks are fake doctors/healers, snake oil salesmen, but the name can extend to people trying to sell some unproven future reward in the present.

Sometimes I get jealous of Gen Z and younger because they will probably have hours of video footage of their parents. Just years of tiktok dances and Instagram clips of the people your parents were when they were young probably recording their happiest moments. I would kill for that.
