Small tip I use while building MVPs : I never start from scratch, always start from a previous project I built. Why it works ? It saves me time It keeps my flow and momentum going (super important) and I’m more efficient cause I’m working on what really matters on the app.🚀

Went out today, and wow, my productivity was crazy! Got 5 out of 7 tasks done ✅, and the day’s not even over yet. Definitely better than my usual pace at home. Might start doing this more often. 😌 Do you get more done when you’re out or when you’re at home?

I reverse engineered bluesky's "what's hot" algorithm Score = 1000000 * (likeCount / ((hours_since_post + 2) ^ 1.8)) Here's what works: - must get likes in first 2-3 hours - min 2 likes - top-level posts - 24hr window - heavy time decay (1.8 power) 💡 tip: post when your audience is online

I sent my first DM to an author, and it felt a bit awkward, but by the second one, it was easier. My goal is to showcase the MVP process by building one app each week around a book. Last week, I did it with The First 20 Hours. For the next, I’m hoping to work directly with an author even for free.
