Last year, I started learning Spanish... but fell off as 2024 was tough on many levels. Still, In December, I started fresh, and I’m so glad I did. I truly enjoy learning this language! By the end of 2025, I aim to be fluent in Spanish. #buildinpublic #learning #2025goals

That holiday break was so great! But it is time to get back to work! This year, I'm focusing on building and maintaining projects! I saw potential for indiemakers.social but I am thinking if I should market it more or just 🎶 let it gooo 🎶 #buildinpublic #indiemakers #indiehackers

Don’t settle for a one-time payment for your product if it has the potential for MRR. Lowering your price is not the solution to overcome customer friction. Solve those issues elsewhere instead. #buildinpublic #indiemakers #entrepreneur

Every year, I tell myself, This is the year I’ll cut back on coffee. Every year…I fail 🥲 2025 is the year it has to happen! No more than 2 cups of coffee/day. And if I need a little more boost during the day? I’ll take a cup of tea. #2025goals

My 2-year-old loves to “code” unfortunately only on MY computer. Now I get stressed whenever she enters my room Gotta make sure to always commit everything before leaving the desk because once she sees that VS open, it's game on 😅 #buildinpublic #indiemakers #mompreneur

This morning, I had a list of things to do before launching indiemakers.social Most of the things, though, were more post-validation tasks. So, I made a deal with myself: if the core features were ready by the end of the day, I’d launch it. And I did! #buildinpublic #indiemakers

I’m feeling a bit nervous about releasing the beta version of Indie Makers Social. My brain keeps tricking me into staying “productive” by tweaking the design or adding more features to stand out from the competition. #buildinpublic #indiemakers

Talking to potential users about your idea often brings unexpected surprises. I had a clear vision for Indie Makers Social, but those conversations took things in a different direction. While most features stayed the same, I had to approach them in a whole new way. #indiemakers #buildinpublic

I used to run an online store in the food industry for 4 years. Here's the thing: When looking for your next idea, don’t box yourself in. You don’t have to sell only to the indie hackers/makers community to make money. There’s a whole world out there. Go after it! #buildinpublic #indemakers

Talking with people about indiemakers.social really helped me rethink my strategy. I’m thinking maybe: - One payment plan - Refunds within a 7-day timeframe - Leaderboard categorized by revenue( $1k, $5k, etc) - A lite version of Product Hunt ? #buildinpublic #indiemakers

Why is there so much hate in the #IndieHackers and #BuildInPublic communities? I see so many people tearing others down for no reason. I wish we could just rm -rf the haters.

I've noticed a lot of people using big company names in their domain names. Be careful with this! These big companies don’t want people thinking your startup is part of their business And this could lead to a lawsuit real quick. #indiemakers #buildinpublic #buildresponsibly 👌

That's what I'm trying to solve with Indiemakers.social Social media always end up like this ... A lot of followers but engagement is tanking 📉 When people are only motivated by growing their following instead of building connection They miss the social/community part in social media
