When this is burned, uniting with oxygen, it adds about 7,000,000,000 tons of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere yearly. This tends to make the air a more effective blanket for the earth and to raise its temperature. This effect may be considerable in a few centuries.

Changes in global land temperatures (60 degrees S - 60 degrees N) relative to a 1901-1930 baseline (degrees C). The asparagus is asparagusing! I love this crop, because you plant it once and every year it just gets better. Plus, it is so much better than even what you can get at the farmers' market. Seems very early this year.

#NoKings The march around downtown Boulder was led by these puppets. The route was about a mile, and the entire road was blocked off for protesters. A friend estimated that 6-7000 people participated in the march alone, plus thousand more protesting from the sidelines.
