From the beginning and throughout, Donald lives in a world of Me v. the World. His adversarial nature of making everyone his enemy to be hated or manipulated was about the second or third observation that confirmed my diagnosis of Psychopath/Malignant Narcissist. He is and has always been the Enemy.
