Week 7 Day 1 No more days with walking intervals mid run, just a warmup and cool down walk. Started today's run pushing a bit too hard and started getting a pretty bad stomach cramp, so I had to stop the run a bit early. Photo taken shortly after cramp subsided enough to not fully regret running.

The cops themselves don't believe women and let rape kits go unprocessed. There are a lot of hurdles to reporting and the cost isn't worth it to many people. That doesn't mean it didn't happen or victims shouldn't be believed. Again, educate yourself

He quickly blocked me after mentioning my relevant experience as a SANE. I routinely encountered cops who admitted that they believe most women lie about sexual assault, but he didn't seem to want to hear that

Actually, yes. For many women, reporting the rape and going through all that they have to is worse than the rape. As a SANE, I literally had cops tell me they believe most women lie about rape.
