Got a beta access key to WoW: Forever since last week (Thursday... just my luck with maint) and been running around as a female dwarf paladin! Got to do my first dungeon today as well, tanking it went pretty well aside from wiping once because I forgot to press Divine Protection when I was low :)

Uinironically easier to do solo, the issue becomes damage and if people aren't hitting them all hard, it just becomes so much harder accompanied with staying alive. Good shit Jesse!

At all? Either X or X-2. I don't feel much about either, except the PTSD of hearing "What can I do for you~?" from X-2 since I haven't gone back to beat them. On my own? Technically that would be Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Ring of Fates on the DS. It's neat, never finished it though.

Kind of similar to how I feel about Rayman Legends Retold. That game looks good, but what is the catch? It is Ubisoft, there is no way that there isn't a catch... What horrific frame rate issues will there be on launch? What gamebreaking bug will make this unplayable? What orphan got sacrificed? 🤨

Heavensward has plummeted since I've gone back and looked at its pacing for the story on expac release and uh... wow, that really was just ARR 2 with Ishgard now added. I can't in good faith place it any higher. It gets much better with patch quests.

I've really grown to appreciate ARR more because of it. Plus I also think a bunch of its content on release was way better than it is now, but that's more because of the insane potency creep we've gotten compared to then.

A Realm Reborn climbed from 6th to 4th. Really, this mainly comes down to story and world. ARR by far has the best put together world of all the FF14 "arcs"/"expacs" (it's the base game...) and I actually think its story is pretty good. Simple and basic? Sure, but good for what it is trying to do.
