I used to get it a ton, mostly because I love using multiple instances of the Play VST instead of using one instance with multiple instruments. Layer em all up, throw EQs on every single one, adjust the little settings, etc. Load em all up, every time. Then they drop samples -_-

I have that a lot with EastWest instruments, because they all automatically load in "stream from disk" mode instead of actually loading the samples, then when it's time to actually render they're like "Oh uh, yeah, we dunno where them samples are, so... this instrument is gonna cut in and out. Soz."
