#JustListened The second EP by @distresstolerance.bsky.social of the year. Remarkably heavy Rock, bordering on Metal once again. Love the crunchy guitars. The lyrics and vocals are pretty great and the overall sound got me pretty pumped! Very nice one! Highly, highly recommended!

Little Sennen cove studies - wonder what’s coming out of the brushes this weekend? Oil paints this time. No IDEA how to do them. Not done oil painting since school and then it was some uninteresting cubist study I could not have been less jazzed about #cornwall #art #journey #coastcore #artist #art

It’s behind you… the rocks and swaying grasses if you look away from the ocean

Taking the long view - headlands stretching out to the Botallacks

Boiling seas. Trying to capture those gorgeous ocean hues and the waves

It's #BandcampFriday again and I have some recommendations for you! This time, there's no theme or anything, it's simply some of the best music our BlueSky artists have released this year (and that I've heard)! Have a look, give them a listen and maybe pick something up for yourself?

Evening, morning #BlueskyArtShow I’ve just finished this short for the band I drum in ⤵️ @distresstolerance.bsky.social Made using a chromatic aberration of one of my original paintings from last year or the year before. Time flies! I think it looks quite #soft and swirly

Hi all, I’m a self taught artist working primarily with clay,acrylic painting & music. Dabbled in everything from felting, weaving, resin, clothing, crochet, card making 😅 I don’t have anything for sale but do have a free EP in the wild for music fans. Bandcamp link @distresstolerance.bsky.social

A Lindybop skirt I hand painted a few years back. It a full circle skirt with a cosmically inspired fabric painting all over it in blue and purple hues

A selection of some of my wares over the years. From top left;

A rude card saying ‘ happy birthday you massive cock’ with a cockerel on it in blues

Another card saying ‘happy birthday you massive turnip’

A hand made, hand painted three sided pyramidal Incense holder made using clay, held in my hand

A painting in purples and yellows

A hand painted slate heart in purple and greens

An acrylic painting on board in blues, purpled and greens, inspired by the cosmos. Hung in an ornate gold frame

A room lit up in pinks and blues I’m the one on the drums. I was very confused at that particular moment. Don’t ask why because I can’t remember 😅

Done! Wow! This is such a full and dense sound, it's like getting hit in the face with a blast of concentrated emotion! This is absolutely incredible music, full of beauty and heartbreak. It's cathartic and uplifting in equal measure. Another masterpiece! Highest recommendation!
