🌟 it’s my birthday 🌟 If it’s okay, may I please have some reposts on my art? ;w; I’ve compiled some of my favorite drawings I’ve done for others. Some old, some recent.

Wao finally a character sheet for a character of mine. I don’t think I’ve ever done one of these. Like, ever. Any feedback on things to add to future character sheets is super welcome! #art #artist #digitalart #originalcharacter #oc #ocartist

Is art Twitter worth it? I’ve been off that hellsite for like six years, but I’m considering making an account for my art over there. Is it worth doing so? 🧐

Trying a new style, kinda love it. Also kinda love her, think she might stick around for a while. She needs a name 😊 #art #artist #digitalart #digitalartist #myart #oc #ocart #ocartist

I’m also looking for artists to study. I really want the softer lineart style, with soft colours and rounder shapes. I really love the vibrant, sharper style too, with lots of fun shapes and colours. Pls point me in the direction of artists! #artiststudy #artstudy #plshelp

I literally always forget about artfight and by the time I remember I feel like it’s too late for me to join so here’s hoping I remember next year

I’ve been like way offline but here’s a thing I drew a few months ago. #art #myart #digitalart #ocart #oc #artist #digitalartist

A digital drawing of a cyberpunk style girl with green hair pulled into low loose buns. She has a bridge piercing, angel fangs and purple eyes. She is standing in a neon lit alley smoking a cigarette.

Hadn't drawn Harley Quinn in some time. Did this one last night.

Drawing of Harley Quinn swinging her mallet. Black and white.

The walk with mental health is certainly long. And scary. And I kind of feel like I’m on a rickety old rope bridge right now so I apologize for the lack of art and interactions. #mentalhealth #bpd

Doing therapy for the first time in a long while today. Preparing for the possibility of being physically sick because of it. Mental health is hard. #mentalhealth #therapy

Americans on RedNote have traumatized the Chinese by telling them about plasma donation.

RedNote text post: I am Crying about the blood selling in America.

RedNote screen shot: I am crying about the blood selling in America.
For years l've been told that the US is a great country with powerful and healthy government and lovely people living in happiness.
But seeing American people selling blood to get money, just to struggle with their lives really hurts me.
Mother selling blood to buy tickets to the zoo for kids.
Student selling blood to pay their loan.
The capitalism is drinking, literally drinking people's blood.
That's so unacceptable!

Creativity is like a houseplant, not an endless well. You need to seek out sunlight, water, and nutrients in art, shows, music, experiences, and more to tend to it. And just like plants it has its dormant and active periods and you may not seem improvement for some time.

I’ve been struggling with inspiration so I’ve just been drawing Kirby in various situations. Also I am thinking about opening up very specific commission slots soon, so if you like my work and would consider buying some from me please stay posted! :) linktr.ee/discopuuke

Nintendo character Kirby is blasting through a pastel purple and pink sky on a light yellow star that has a red, orange and yellow trail coming from it. There is a purple and blue planet with orange rings around it. There are three clouds that are turquoise, purple and pink. The image is outlined in white.

I painted these today and I’m so in love with how they look together. I can’t wait to hang them up :’) #sanrio #mymelody #kuromi

Two wooden panels painted. The one on the left is of the Sanrio character Kuromi with devil horns, a tail and a pitchfork on a bright pink background. The one on the right is of the Sanrio character My Melody with a golden halo and pink wings on a light purple background. They are meant to be hung together.

An image of a plastic paint holder/pallet with a space marine mini laying in the middle. The marine is painted red and bone white.

So anyway I’ll probably be drawing some cult of the lamb stuff followed by rogue trader characters later on 🤣

Discopuuke @discopuuke.bsky.social · 01/12/2024

So my partner got me cult of the lamb for my birthday and honestly it’s one of my favourite games. It’s everything I’ve wanted from a game! It’s like the cutest little base builder plus a roguelite *very* similar to The Binding of Isaac which is another of my faves. I love this game!

I finally got around to recycling my Discover Art Starter Pack! This list features artists who I follow. They all have fewer than 250 followers and have posted in the last month. There are pro artists, kidlit artists, hobby artists, and everything in between 🙂

Awake too early but can’t sleep. I’m going for a trial shift at a restaurant today and I am extremely nervous. I haven’t had a real job since COVID because the job market here is toilet water. Please please wish me luck.

Trying to practice lighting and backgrounds 😵‍💫 I am not great at either #art #artist #digitalart #digitalartist #oc #mycharacter #clipstudiopaint #myart

A girl with red hair up in a ponytail and green eyes in blue mage robes sits on a grassy hillside next to a tree. Her arms and feet are wrapped. A mountain stands tall in the background. There are clouds in the sky.

What if I made a digital one? (It’s still prob not going to get used)

Discopuuke @discopuuke.bsky.social · 25/11/2024

AI art is getting harder and harder to distinguish. I look for certain reference images on Google and over half of them are AI generated. Are there ways we can look to tell for sure if it’s AI? Other than obvious glitches and text I mean.
