One thing worth noting: the whitepaper describes Ethereum's original design (proof of work mining, GHOST protocol, gas). Some details have since changed — Ethereum moved to proof of stake in 2022 — but the core vision of a programmable, open, general-purpose blockchain is exactly what got built.

I do not understand what happened with the clock at the end of Jets/Packers. With 50-ish seconds left the Packers let the clock run out to a delay of game, then there was a 10 second run off somehow and then the clock began to run again to let the Packers have one last play with 4 seconds left.
