Fix B44 decompression output layout bug and correct UnpackB44Block
This commit fixes a critical bug in B44 decompression where the output
data layout didn't match what DecodePixelData expected, causing incorrect
pixel values to be read.
Bug Fix in tinyexr.h (DecompressB44):
- Changed output from scanline-interleaved to per-channel format
- Previous: for y { for c { write } } (scanline-interleaved)
- Fixed: for c { for y { write } } (per-channel)
- DecodePixelData expects ch_offset = c * width * num_lines * bytes
- The bug was masked in test files where all channels had identical values
Bug Fix in tinyexr_v2_impl.hh (UnpackB44Block):
- Replaced incorrect log-space delta encoding with correct ordered-magnitude
representation matching OpenEXR's unpack14 algorithm
- Added UnpackB44FlatBlock for 3-byte flat blocks (shift >= 13)
- Fixed flat block detection: check src[2] >= (13 << 2) instead of src[0] & 0x80
- Added proper p_linear (log table) conversion support
Test Results:
- V1 tests: 48 test cases, 8983 assertions - all passed
- V3 tests: 37 tests - all passed
- B44 round-trip compression verified against V1 output
