here's another comparison. Juri is listed as 5'5 and Gief 7'0, but the dfference in height is MUCH smaller than it should be. Basically listed height will only matter in art and cinematics but not in actual gameplay, mostly for balance and UX reasons

Her height is officially listed as 5'5, but a bunch of characters in SF6 don't strictly follow their respective heights in-game. Ken and Manon are both listed as being 5'9, but here (below) Manon is noticeably taller than Ken (plus this is him standing straight instead of his idle pose)

I had to google how tall the characters really were. E Honda is 6'1 and Leon is ~5'11 (that makes me the same height as him lol). Juri's height is listed as 5'5, so she's wildly out of proportion compared to Leon and Honda
