It's something I learned from the other site. I have no qualms about blocking anyone I don't want to interact with. I don't need negativity in my online interactions. It's not worth it. Don't get me wrong, I am all for healthy discourse with a side of sarcasm. But once it goes beyond that..

You may have that opinion, but he has been in the league since he was 18 and his points per season stats are at super star level. Any team would have him in a hot second, even yours. (don't deny it)

I'm also thinking that it was getting chippy out there. Boston brings the physical stuff when they are losing by a big margin. Kastelic and Zadorov are not ones to shy away from running the goalie. So maybe it was time to take him out of the line of fire?

I watched Neil Peart: No one’s Disciple today. What an intimate and exceptionally well crafted documentary. It is a beautiful and touching tribute as told by his friends. If you know of Peart or his drumming, I highly recommend it. It is a homage of his exceptional talent and his humanity.

Ottawa is only disliked by the fans of Montreal and Detroit. I mean, we are practically lovable compared to most other teams. Especially Vegas (hated by 21 different fan bases) But I feel that is justified.

I agree.. At the same time, the whole Atlantic division looks menacing. Montreal is just approaching maturity on their top two lines and the young guns are scary, Toronto has done a mini rebuild and has McKenna and Florida will be nasty if the players train more than drink on the Miami Riviera

My first live Senators game was in October 1992. They beat Montreal in the Civic Center with Patrick Roy in net. Oh and Brian Orser did a back flip during the pre-game event. It was Ottawa’s first regular season game after their return. Awesome game, but the rest of the season not so much….
