Betsie seems to have a foster offer (yay!) but there are hundreds of Betsie’s dumped every day. They are often killed first for space. We are rotten. 053

Sometimes they just need a short term foster- days, a week so a rescue can pull the dog and get a plan together before the dog is put down for space.
