Data Center needlepoint is back! Time for public comment. A lot of the people who signed up to comment aren't here, but there are some, at least. The Wildcat lawyers tried to get the entire council to recuse themselves. None did. 😁 Let's see how much of the turtle I can get done.

Fun fact: I grew up watching The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas. Never batted an eyelash at anything in it because my parents never made a big deal out of it. When I went to buy my first DVD copy I was boggled by the R rating. Then I watched it and realized, yeah, this deserved the rating. 😆
