2/2 My mom is allergic and the cats have claimed our yard, patio, porch, and covered (but not closed in) entrance as their territory. Mom can't even sit in her chairs outside without taking meds or having her eyes close up. 🤬

I adore cats, but if my neighbors don't stop creating a feral cat colony in my goddamned backyard I'm going to go postal. No, I cannot afford to TNR all the cats the bitch up the road is bringing in and the kind-hearted neighbor is feeding by the garage they own that abuts my yard, not hers. 1/2

I’m setting up my 2027 bujo backwards. I ordered the cover first. When it gets here, I’ll see which journal fits it best: Leuchtturm or Moleskine. I’ve used Moleskines before, but the Leuchtturm pages are already numbered and that’s less work. I might just get the B&N brand one. #bulletjournal #bujo

I haven't written anything substantial in months since I've been crafting so much. My brain itches. I think it's time to do the StoryADay challenge in November. I filled the first page of a fresh comp book with one-word prompts. My goal is to fill the notebook. I miss NaNoWriMo. #writing #storyaday

I survived and didn't murder anyone. That might come later today. Retail is evil. I am convinced I'm working with a group of orange cats in disguise who are too slow to catch the communal brain cell.

Yep. They taught us independence early. Hell, I actually got lost that day because mom read the subway map wrong when we planned my trip and I ended up on the wrong side of Manhattan, but I asked for directions from some random lady carrying a tennis racket. Got where I was going safe as houses. 😂

Mom and I talk about how if we won a huge lottery jackpot most of it would end up in charity, because how could we spend that much money in our lives? Make sure we can live comfortably. Set up our family for the future. Help our close friends do the same. Donate the rest. 🤷🏼‍♀️

And at 14, my mom put me on a bus into NYC by myself for the day so I could go to a writing seminar. We didn't have a car at the time and she had to work. I was fairly responsible and had relatives in the city I could call if I needed help. Gotta love being Gen X.

Now we're at the traveling Vietnam Memorial at Nay Aug Park. I still think they should include the soldiers who died later from causes related to what they experienced there.

She does not like to be questioned at all. She gets visibly annoyed. Not a good look for a lawyer. The other lawyer is cool as a cucumber even if he doesn't have the info needed. #nodatacenters

Just gotta say, the female lawyer for Green Mountain is a snotty little jerk. She's actually worse than the main lawyer, who isn't here tonight. Atty Richards just challenged a piece of evidence and she sat there with her mouth pursed and nose straight up in the air. She was pissed! 😁#nodatacenters

Looks like Green Mountain's witness for tonight won't be here, so this one might be quite short. The video showed drone footage of the whole campus. Dear gods, this is the SMALLEST proposed campus? 😬 #nodatacenters

I knew a guy in college who literally tried to survive off water for a little while because he was so against ending any kind of life that he didn't even want to eat plants. Some mutual friends staged an intervention. I think he's vegan now.
