I as a small business owner use costco every week. It allows me to buy things in bulk to save money. I'm not large enough to order from a food distribution center because I don't go through enough so I'm so grateful to have an affordable place

Had a female on my bird feeder today!

Oh for sure! I worked in a grocery store bakery for 6 months and not a damn thing was baked there. Everything is frozen and made God knows where

I've always wanted to make ciabatta. It's not as high maintenance as sour dough is it? As a solo business owner who does all the baking and runs the business I juat can't handle something as needy as sour dough

Same! I enjoy it, but I could never just do cake and cookie decorating. I love doing a little of everything and baking everything. I love making cakes, cheesecakes, macarons, bread, Truffles, cookies, pies all of it. Glad I am finding my ppl here! I love sharing recipes

The bsky app is open source. We need the option to view the feed in different ways. It doesn't have to look like Twitter. There should be an option to filter by type (show only videos) and an option select the algorithm for the feed. (For example, Monolith is the basis of the tiktok fyp algorithm.)

I get so tired of people coming to my bakery with photos of what they want and then when they hear what it will cost to get it are like "oh that's way more than I wanted to spend. Can you make it cheaper?" Or my favorite Walmart is cheaper. Yes, and your cake from Walmart won't look like your photo.
