The way his legs tapped so carefully on the hallway carpet, avoiding noise while he peered around the bend. His fingers clamped anxiously on the long lens that extended from his body. .. and he paced after the sound of walking, to follow. Just enough behind in order to ensure his safety.

What met those noises was panic. Sheer, real panic. The kind of startling fear that only came to those with a real reason to stay hidden. All the same .. it couldn't be another monster, right? A worse one. So he put his face to his door, cracking it, staring out to see who's waiting.

For someone who mostly used his photography for candid shots, these caught him completely off guard. The bright glimmer in his usually unsettling expression only proved it wasn't a bad thing though, his body tipping and moving, those odd stand poles bending and tapping in excitement. +
