It's a really great time to drink a latte without elaborating, explaining, or even speaking up about anything at all.

Had another day passed already in containment? It was impossible to tell. He couldn't look around or see anything besides the light. The aches, the lightheaded dizziness, the hunger pains that were leaving claw marks on his insides... hunger, that only intertwined with that... Would it leave him-

It's probably fine, but don't take it from the guy underground being contained in a facility. ... Actually it's not fine at all. He's been feeling that presence since his Klyntar visit and it's been pissing him off.

He's starting to wonder. Maybe he's had it backwards this whole time. It wasn't the Guardians of the Galaxy that didn't deserve him - maybe it was him who didn't deserve the Guardians of the Galaxy. He wasn't deserving of being a Guardian, let alone a leader. ....

Most of all, he really regrets he couldn't have a damn good grilled barbecue steak on the beach before he had to abruptly leave. ... That's not really true but, like, if it was on his mind, it would definitely keep him wide awake in agony and mental torment over the regret and loss of it all.
