Big win: last year, I managed to create and direct a testing/tech-musical with 7 singers from all over the world and with all levels of singing expertise (from absolute novice to trained classical singer)

Why repeat the things you already created when you can create something new instead? My dear friend @pejgan.se will soon be giving our Musical-Keynote again - but with new content. I'm so looking forward to Stockholm and Bilbao!

@oraesque.bsky.social opens the last day of #apexconn25 Can you spot that evil Sith Alpaca in the background already?

Here it is, folks: The death of A3-LPC. (I have the feeling he might return in the future ;) ) #A3LPC #agileTD

And this is the result the same evening (which was last Wednesday)

Then, this is "lightsaber fighting practice" as @witchofthetest.bsky.social and I did it the 1,5 days before the actual musical

260

Samuel Nitsche (he/him) @developer-sam.bsky.social · 26/11/2024

Let me explain that in 3 videos 😄 So, this is "lightsaber fighting practice" as I did it for ~8 weeks (and my partner @witchofthetest.bsky.social did the same in her place a couple of hundred kilometres away)

Samuel Nitsche (he/him) @developer-sam.bsky.social · 26/11/2024

I still have the reminder set for doing my daily lightsaber fighting practice. I guess it's time to find a replacement now (I really would like to keep the nice side effects on my health and fitness I noticed)

This, the fresh air, is what I missed most during the past days that were packed with practice and rehearsal. Have a great last conference day @agiletdzone.bsky.social #agileTD

This was me yesterday chilling and waiting inside the box from before the first attendees entered the room until my part in the 2nd song. Not very comfy and definitely boring, but totally worth it! #agileTD

Me hiding in a small box, barely enough room to move

More totally normal preparations for a tech conference. #agileTD

Okay. (To be honest I meant to upload this one but bsky didn't show me the file so I chose the wrong one)

Another evening, another sneak peek of our Trailer number 2 for the upcoming #AgileTD musical

Sam, Tamara, Rachel, Lena, Basti, Callum and Veerle singing. All look pretty serious and damaged in a postapocalyptic setting

Giving my keynote yesterday was so much fun and I enjoyed it so much! Great audience, a lot of laughter, people sharing afterwards that they found themselves in the situations I painted - couldn't be better! I hope I can repeat this a couple of times! Here are some pictures

The new Tester Sam fighting the evil Sith Lord A3-LPC with a lightsaber

Sam slowly transitioning from a powerful jedi to the new tester in a company far, far away

Tester Sam talking to Developer Kevin, a plush porg

The audience is having a great time judging from their facial expressions

I'm very much in awe about how much effort German Testing Day invested to allow me giving the best possible version of my keynote: They even brought extra light effects and a smoke machine just for me 🤩🤩🤩

Samuel Nitsche (he/him) @developer-sam.bsky.social · 07/05/2024

Just the usual stuff you need for giving a keynote

130

Samuel Nitsche (he/him) @developer-sam.bsky.social · 27/04/2024

I have to say, I didn't expect that most ridiculous piece of Music i forced the group to perform as a teaser to be so technically challenging! This is actually damn hard to sing!

Some notes with a lot of half tone changes

Okay, I might start posting teasers for teasers again here, because this musical project is bringing me so much joy!

Yep, that feels pretty good. The detailed feedback + comments felt even better. Thank you to everyone who took the time to give feedback - it means so much. (BTW you can watch that "talk" on youtube: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBQn... )
