i do not have the friends for this however

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 11h

just had the idea i really wanna try of a gmod building challenge livestream. get a concept and use all the tools and props available to make a construct of that concept. versus a friend or group of friends. make a dog! make sans undertale! make a bicycle! i think it would be silly and fun

Almost done with the panel, just a few little bits of confetti left! Got a killer headache today but the PDF pages are all done! Just gotta put it all together. Boy am I ready for today to be done

000

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 15h

the panel edits are done holy shit. i just need to compile everything into a PDF and that will be ready to go. then i just need to collect some tutorial vids and my masterpost will be complete and i can move on with my life. literally no one asked this of me

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 22h

SO CLOSE to being done with chapter 5 of Snowdrift and SO CLOSE to being done editing all the relevant colors onto each page of my cross-stitch pattern. Chapter 6 onwards should be shorter by comparison and the PDF should be ready soon! I'm so tired OTL Just need to make a tutorial post as well hhhh

i would argue that this ad was successful

an advertisement that loaded incorrectly. the image is enlarged and cropped into the bottom right corner of the screen. it says "awaken your joy" in all caps, with the image of a woman with space buns smiling and laughing. there is no further context.

had a dream the other night where i was traveling through a city on foot trying to get back home, and randomly encountered a nature spirit that looked like a jaguar with bonsai tree antlers it was so cool and you could tell it was super powerful and it did not concern itself with human affairs

Just Grace and the t̶e̶r̶r̶o̶r̶ baddie he bagged by being an absolute nerd. . . . < #bloodymary - #ironlung - #projecthailmary - #phm >

Simon (the main character from the Iron Lung movie) and Ryland (the main character from Project Hail Mary) stand together on a street at night. Simon’s face is obscured in shadow to where his eyes and teeth are the only things seen. Scowling up at the viewer. Grace is happily smiling and waving.

man the new resident evil movie was GREAT i loved bryan. absolute RECORD use of the word 'fuck', fantastic gags with shooting locks, wonderfully tragic ending, and it felt very true to the source material, i think it fit in perfectly. also bryan is SO a bloodymary fankid he's the perfect mix of them

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

a lot of the time people write him as a mechanic or engineer but obviously he didn't 100% know what he was doing when he got the computer working and restored the sub's power, so i wanna know what he DID when he was living his life normally, before filament station and imprisonment and the SM-13

000

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

all we really know about him is how he behaves in stressful situations. just hints of his personality outside of that, hints of being sarcastic and a quick thinker and emotional, maybe even gentle. but because he was in the iron lung it's all tinged with fear and bitterness and stress.

100

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

i need an iron lung prequel movie thats just simon livin his life. i wanna know what he was like in other situations. was he a social drinker what makes him laugh how does he interact with others casually how did he become the butcher what is eden culture like what happened to his mom

I was really tired last night, I wanted to expand more on the art and credit the artist! This piece is 'Patron Saints of One-Way Trips' by Silvaerial on Tumblr! And here's the unedited version of the pixel art I'm following for my pattern. When the modified PDF is done I'll link it in this chain!

100

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

the ambiance videos of which may require gathering content outside of either movie, which is a HUGE undertaking, and some of the PDF pages have like a million colors to catalog so that's taking a long time. And by the Gods I'll find more projects to take on along the way!

000

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

a future Bloodymary ambiance video with Rocky, Grace and Simon chatting every now and again, and the additional tasks for the cross-stitch project of putting together a PDF of the exact pattern I'm using as well as a 'everything you'd ever need' tutorial post for that and cross-stitching in general

110

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

So a recap on all my current projects before I head to bed; The Patron Saints of One-Way Trips by Silvaerial cross-stitch, my BNHA fic 'Snowdrift', an Iron Lung ambiance video where you hear Simon mutter to himself sometimes, Auditioning for a Project Hail Mary fan project, PLUS—

Day 23 and 24 updates :] finished off panel 4 and raced through the first 30 rows on panel 5! Back to writing Snowdrift tomorrow and more work to be done on the PDF pages. Today was tiring but we're going strong! Oh! I totally forgot, too, I never actually showed WHAT this project is supposed to be!

110

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Not much to see for this panel. been working on other things that're eating up cross-stitching time, but they're equally as important so we're chippin' away at everything bit by bit :] about twenty lines of the brown left to go for this panel! then some dots of other colors, and onto the next!

First sketches and thoughts for the Stardew Bloodymary AU be upon you! Its all a lil loose still but I will just go on vibes and whatever feels fun :3 I do have some things for lil comics/artworks in mind :Dc #bloodymary #stardewAU #sketch

Character Page introducing 4 characters.
They all got a Portrait drawing and some infos written next to them.

Top: Simon, a man with tan Skin, black wavy hair, brown eyes and a scar on the left side of his face.
Infos written:
- New farmer
- left his old life after an accident
- wants to start over and wishes for a quiet free life
- learns a lot of farming through books and intuition
- keeps walking into the local teacher….cute..?

Middle: Ryland, a white man with tussled short blond hair, blue eyes and rectangular glasses.
Infos written:
- the towns teacher, a former scientist
- moved to the valley a few years before Simon
- Met his besties Rocky and Adrian in town
- lives at the ocean, loves his rural life
- keeps stumbling into the new farmer (stop teasing Rocky!!!)

Bottom left: Rocky, a tanned man with wild brown hair with a white streak in it and green eyes, wearing big round glasses and lots of ear piercings.

Written Info:
- local blacksmith
- happily married to Adrian

Bottom right: Adrian, a dark skinned person with thick turqouise hair, brown eyes, wearing halfmoon glasses and lots of jewelry.

Written Info:
- local librarian
- happily married to Rocky

Two fullbody sketches of Simon and Ryland next to each other.
Simon to left is wearing a sunhat, a light grey shirt, a green apron with a sunflower on the chest, thick brown gardening gloves, black pants and brown boots. In his left arm (which is a prosthetic) he holds a shovel, leaning a bit on it.

Ryland to the right is wearing a soft cream cardigan, a blue shirt, blue jeans and converse. He is carrying a brown shoulder bag.

A tiny Comic Strip.

Simon was on his way to the library. In the first panel he is currently spotting someone. The next Panel shows its Ryland and Rocky walking down a path from the blacksmith house in the direction of the Library as well. Ryland is yapping while Rocky looks amused at him.
Next Panel is a zoom on Rylands excited face all warm and happy and the last Panel shows Simon blushing gently, with an open soft expression, thinking „cute“.

namely putting together a PDF of my version of the cross-stitch pattern i'm following cause i made a lot of edits to it, and POTENTIALLY a bloodymary fic set in the iron lung verse but we'll see on that. thought of a potentially awesome ending but i have to finish a video game in order to do that 😅

000

wreck derelict @derelictwreck.bsky.social · 01/10/2026

picked up a new project of making an iron lung ambiance video but every now and again you can hear simon mutter to himself and walk around. then probably a bloodymary one of hail mary ambiance with rocky, grace and simon talking every so often. plus some other unrelated stuff
