I wasn't sure that was true so I did a table of the bottom four for the last 14 seasons. I reckon WC (4 years), North (5) & GC (5) are outliers in the data, mostly it looks like teams are down there for 2-3 seasons. Of course, how high they rise varies.

Ripcord Fest #1 was amazing. My personal highlight was Beneath a Steel Sky, but the bands, organisers and crowd were amazing. Kudos to the Glaswegians who came out in the middle of a Saturday afternoon to provide a pretty full-house for the opening act. #metalsky \m/
