With a year of data in, the results are clear: the marginal ICE arrest is NOT a criminal. You can barely even tell on the right side of these charts of arrests of convicts when an ICE operation starts and ends. The spikes for noncriminals are massive.

ICE did not release updated detention data to the public today. By order of Congress, the agency is supposed to release new information on a semimonthly basis. It's been 30 days since the last update. www.ice.gov/detain/deten...
