This might be autism talking but when I give someone a wedgie the whole thing can stretch (pun INTENDED) to over one hour cause underwear feels nice and I know they can get longer or hurt more and my hands are just so happy the more unhappy they make you. They fit me a bit awkwardly but all together they're fantastic! DEFINITELY the thickest "medical"!diaper I've tried (thicker than Trest and Megamax). Comes out of the pack bout as thick as a slightly used Trest id say? I'd recommend trying them, they're surprisingly cheap!
