Something else noteworthy. The investments in housing coincided with Boomers reaching adulthood, and stopped 20 years later, replaced by low taxes, low interest, less investment in future generations. Scarce homes become valuable assets, commodities in place of work. Who saw that coming? Everyone

I was shocked this summer to see the incredibly wide roadways in the heart of downtown. Huge boulevards in the middle and lots of bike lanes. Anyone know how an old city like this had such wide lanes?

Caution. There’s a major flaw in the app. You cannot return items for refund without paying the duty. Canada Post AND Zonos are aware. I found out the hard way.
