Great review! I also cleared it last year for the second time and I found the whole game to be incredibly charming. Immediately I would have done anything for BT, he's always been the narrative hook for me.

They're back home! Meowdalorian enjoyed her stay but Cupcake never got fully comfortable. Meowdalorian has been acting like normal at home but Cupcake hasn't forgiven me yet and is giving us the cold shoulder. I totally understand though, poor little cat.

Tbh this is also all they ever do at home. Meowdalorian does act dramatically if I'm on calls too much too, for example she will shut the door of my office on herself and then pretend she can't get out on her own in an effort to get me to pay attention to her. Poor baby lol

My cats are in a hotel for cats and I'm living for the updates. All Cupcake does is take the high ground and look out of the window and all Meowdalorian does is scream at the staff for pets lmao

Tbh that's a scene (and a game) where the older I get, the more I get it and like it. And this is coming from someone who has always loved FFX-2. I think a part of youth is to hate on "cringe", and that scene is cringe on purpose. Young people can be desperate to look mature.

I've been quiet but things have been really, really good. Absolutely loving my new job (the people are sooooo cool and the work is super interesting), been studying a lot, playing a lot of games, spending a lot of quality time with my family this year, have made some new friends this year too.

Yeah, and degrees did change many years ago from something that guaranteed you a job and a decent life to something that gave you the chance to have it - I understand for sure people being frustrated with colleges and universities. It's not like there are a lot of good schools for game dev lol

Additionally, ever since more women than men have been getting degrees there's been a societal push to devalue getting a degree. This matches a lot of other things we see in society such as if a field becomes woman dominated the field becomes devalued and the average income of that field decreases.

The us never gets it rite. They don't even get it right at Disney world,I went to the Canada pavilion at Epcot and tried it and the issue there is they don't heat the cheese curds enough to melt them.I get that they prob do that to avoid liability but if the curds aren't melted it's not good enough.

We never even bothered getting a band tbh and always just wear the engagement ring by itself. Only 1 person has ever said anything to me in the 6 years I've been married and it was a jeweler trying to sell things to me lol. I'd say do what you think looks and feels the best for you.
