Hot on the heels of SGDA’s fantastic Games Day event in Dundee, we were treated to Get Into Games by @intogames.bsky.social Two friends of Debug @alastairlow.bsky.social and @mattstark256.bsky.social (who made Viewfinder, the subject of our first cover story) shared anecdotes about indie game dev!

With Debug #17 fully shipped, we’re going on a road trip to Scotland! Norwich to Dundee, that’s about 8 hours with usual traffic. We might need to stop half way for a meal and a rest… Any recommendations? Leeds? Newcastle?

Red alert. Red alert! We don't have a pet photo for Debug #18 - it's the one thing we need before it goes to the printers! Does you have a photo of your pet with an issue of the magazine? Now's your chance to give them indie gaming stardom

By the way, we’re always on the lookout for writers of interesting gaming features… We are very much indie, and there are also limits to what will fit into a print magazine, but we do pay decent rates! Our standard rate is £300 for a researched 1500 word piece. Transparency is good, folks!
