I think I should have factored in 'one a penny, two a penny' from the off. It was a bit lazy on my part. Also, your graph looks nicer.

Feeling exceptionally lucky and excited to see Nate Bargatze tonight. Rapidly became my favourite comedian. Not edgy, not attempting to offend. It's like if comedy was a nice spring day. youtube.com/watch?v=MOm7...

My favourite story from this week's HR People Pod www.cipd.org/uk/knowledge... was when we talked about body doubling and accountability partners. A gym where gym partners each took one of the other person's shoes to improve commitment to being on time. You don't want to let someone down

We are doing quite a bit of work on this, but I think enterprise implementations will rapidly overtake this/negate need for this. People are working outside the system, as solutions can't be found within it. That'll shift over the next 18 months as vendor solutions start to incorporate in workflows

That said... I currently hate Teams attempting to be a speaking coach when I think speed and emphasis of speech is so individual and ultimately can be beneficially variable.

I like the idea of smart glasses that can remind me of the things I promised to change Like the coaching feature in Teams ('You are speaking too fast') becoming personalised 'You said you'd ask more open questions' I've no objection to technology helping me better. Whether at work or outside.
