I did a release for the first time in 3 months!!! Wow! I kicked my depression's ass and did a thing! Next month will be busy, but in a really good way. #femdom #visualnovel #indiedev

Serenity In Surrender update 0.89 notes. New petplay scripts, more praise, new VA!

Almost done the second petplay script. It's really cute and the voice actress did an awesome job. Hoping I can have the next build ready this week! #visualnovel #kink

And now the other hoya is in a new home. Plus I finally threw away all my dead plants. We'll slowly be ready to move to our new place.

Depression Deity @ddfantasy.dev · 17/09/2026

Gotta pack to move, so I repotted my hoya into a much needed bigger froggy planter. One little step at a time so I don't crash out the week before moving lol.

Bad news: I've got the worst respiratory infection I've ever had. Yesterday, I coughed so much I vomited. Good news: Fields of Mistria 1.0 is out and I haven't played for over a year. I can start a new farm and adventure in the mines!

Mommy Himeko is finally home, which means Dan Heng and Sunday can be put to work. Now I have to save gems so I can roll best girl Rin! Gatcha gambling is so stressful.

I went to a play party on the weekend where a shitty stranger interrupted my scene with my partner to say "I could spit in his mouth". Gross. Immediately, two other people heard me tell him off and kicked him out of the room. The kink community can be great.

I had a great night at the Forbidden Fruit Night Market. Lots of people played my demo for Serenity In Surrender and I learned about a performance intensive where I could learn more about shibari performance. Arts are the light of my life, for real. #serenityinsurrender #indiedev

I'll be vending at a kinky night market later this month! It's a last minute plan, but I think I'll have the energy for it. I'm really excited! Last time I met a lot of fun people. I'll be bringing my pussy worship script in honour of Pride month! Still deciding what else to bring.

130

Depression Deity @ddfantasy.dev · 07/06/2026

There was a vibrator attached to an auto-fucker at the play party last night and I immediately said "huh, I don't think that's in a good position for penetrating the butthole." My partner joked only a femdomme would say something like that.

Depression Deity @ddfantasy.dev · 18/05/2026

I broke a nail doing rope last night. Achievement unlocked? On the bright side, I met a new rope bottom to tie. Someone commented that it looked like we had been doing rope for years together and we were like "uhhh... we met tonight" lol

Broke a nail doing rope. Also, magical girl keycaps be cute af.

My work crush texted me that he felt bad for letting me down by not getting the job. I genuinely feel so guilty for encouraging him. Then my other coworker got me some FGO merch he got in Japan! Told my partner I had gotten emotionally destroyed by a bunch of men I hardly knew😂

Toronto Game Expo was a ton of fun. I really enjoyed meeting other devs and players who like kinky story games. I'm taking today off to recharge and play HSR. I'd love to visit other cons in the future. Also, here's some wild comments people made over the weekend about Serenity In Surrender.

It's actually, really, happening. I'm at Toronto Game Expo! Come visit me at table 85! #indiedev #serenityinsurrender #torontogameexpo

It's the day before Toronto Game Expo and I'm pretty excited tbh. I haven't had the pre-con excitement in years. It's my first game expo, but not my first time vending at a market. I'm at table 85 showing off Serenity In Surrender. Come say hi to myself or my co-dev! #TGE

I'm writing Serenity In Surrender, an introspective slow-burn romance between a dedicated introvert (you!) and Daisy, the girl-next-door. Feel cherished by Daisy's gentle dominance, marry a can of tomatoes, and cry yourself to sleep as Mei yells at your incompetence in my painfully relatable story.

Serenity In Surrender title drop. Daisy's journey as a domme saves her from her ordinary office life as an unsatisfied people pleaser.

Mei from Serenity In Surrender reminds the player that they need to touch grass to learn vulnerability. Or something like that.

Same, Daisy. I get it.
Daisy from Serenity In Surrender complains about the horrors of online dating and the general decline of human literacy skills.

Daisy from Serenity In Surrender holds you, the androgynous player character with a purposefully undisclosed gender, and whispers into your ear. Good pet~

I finished writing one of the endings to Serenity In Surrender. I playtested the game today from the beginning to that end and it feels so satisfying to watch something I made conclude. 😌

Serenity in Surrender's new update is now available on Itch! Daisy's Dad is no longer mute and Daisy learns the difference between a top and a domme. She's confused, like everyone else was in the beginning. Mei's not pictured because she's not involved. #femdom #flr #visualnovel #gentlefemdom

Serenity In Surrender V0.71 update. A tutorial on consent, dommes VS tops, and an intro to femdom added to the game.

Serenity in Surrender has an update on my Patreon! It patches the bug that freezes the game when "Specific" prints across the screen and adds another interaction between Daisy and her not-so-loving father. Enjoy some gamedev silliness. #gentlefemdom #femdom #flr #visualnovel #indiedev

I've never been so unhappy to miss a character's run and rerun. The barcode on his neck! The collar he wears (and the metal collar in his backstory)! And the fact that he calls Jade "Ma'am". Please, my soul can only yearn so much 😫
