The 2004 Make ’em Laugh Mixed Doubles tour. Little & Large pulled out prior to the start of the tour due to Eddie's heart problems and were replaced by Hope & Keen, not long before the entire tour was eventually scrapped. Oh well, it probably seemed like a good idea at the time.
