I was getting annoyed at the seagulls being blown into my photos by the gale, little blurry blobs flying so fast I couldn’t freeze them in shot without crazy ISO, but now I realise that they portray the reality of being in that storm. Feel the wind in your hair through a photo! #photographers

Happy (and cold) memories of a beautiful day in the Westfjords of #Iceland as mid-winter approached... Taken on this day in 2020.

A blue hour photo of some big mountains with steep slopes coming down into a fjord. There is a road just above the fjord and a layer of grey/blue cloud over the top of the mountains, which are black and white, with a lot of snow.
