we built squeakpose studio. now there’s a preprint so i can stop explaining it in slides. modern computer vision. ultra-fast training and inference. model-assisted labeling. analysis out of the box. real-time edge deployment on whole frames at 120 fps (which felt reasonable at the time).

A postdoctoral position is available to work in the lab of Dr. Nick Gilpin at
LSU Health in New Orleans. The successful applicant will work at the neurobiological intersection of alcohol use disorder, pain and traumatic stress. The project will support integration of behavioral pharmacology, circuit-based approaches, slice electrophysiology, molecular biology, and cell sequencing/bioinformatics. The candidate will be mentored toward research independence in his/her chosen area of specialization.
