Might be a controversial opinion but we need a mentality change. Bring in winners/positivity (eg Robertson) then a year of transition, playing his style, mentality is worth the waiting one year of loaning Vuskovich, Bergval, Lankshear, possibly Moore/Gray. They come back to a team on the rise.
