@batchhockey.bsky.social coates looking great with bains (bit of a forgotten man in the preseason banter). think it's best to let them cook together in the AHL to start the season rather than squeezing them in to a NHL lineup which is gonna have a little bit of growing pains and uneven success?

hey anyway, since a colossal G.I. plus MECFS *incident* on August 2 and very extended crash mode, I'm finally starting to eat some actual food… Reminding myself by telling y'all to keep it slow and don't get too excited about it. Still not venturing out and about but having 'breakfast' at noon 30

reactions to my talk included: "you look so relaxed and comfortable on stage" "yeah watched some of it…" "started it but fell asleep lol" "a near perfect talk" "felt like I was inside your brain" "I've studied the handout for days and keep it with me" how about you?

I like a tidy lil home cause I'm the Marie Kondo of Japan and also like to document, savour and respect all the items which came back from the trip. So started with a subset of tasty bits to stash in the pantry I wrote a long blurb about all but doesn't fit here
