I’m glad I waited to check out Trails until this year cause it means all the games are easily available in English, but I do kinda wish I had played FC when I got it from Humble Bundle in 2012-13, I know would have adored it back then, this series is exactly what I’ve wanted from RPGs

Big Walk is so much fun, I love how everything In it is built around giving you fun and silly ways to interact with everyone you’re playing with. My friends and I had a goofy dance party and it was delightful, and having even normal conversations but within the context of this game felt so fun

I think about Hunter x Hunter more than anyone should but fuck I love it so much. I adore how it loves Shonen manga so much and uses that love to explore it and take it to its natural conclusions and extremes, along with some incredible art and a deep understanding of how to make fights interesting

It’s insane how much HRT changes your life. I didn’t think it would feel that drastic, I thought I was doing pretty good and that it would help me get to the higher level of peace and happiness I just couldn’t quite reach, but fuck it’s made me feel whole in a way I never have before

It’s interesting seeing what hasn’t changed since starting my transition. I’ve always been pretty introverted and I know a lot of trans people feel introverted because of dysphoria, and while now I do feel more comfortable going to things in public spaces, I am definitely still introverted haha

I watched the Utena movie in theaters tonight and that was such a wonderful experience! It was really made to be watched in a theater, just absolutely gorgeous to look at, and still such a powerful follow up to the show. It turns your understanding of the series on its head to make a powerful ending

I watched both Hathaway movies today and they were really good! The hybrid 2d and 3d animation mesh well together and it’s always nice to see a Gundam story that understands that the characters and conflict are the focus and that if you spread out the fights, their impact is greater

I watched Madoka Magica for the first time this week and I really enjoyed it, it’s a good exploration of magical girl stories and the implications they carry, but I watched Rebellion tonight and that movie is amazing. It explores the show’s conclusions and upends them in such interesting ways

l've known her for 6 years. She was a best friend to me. She loved meteorology, music, singing. She loved buying jewelry and perfume. She would join vc on discord and show us her outfit, tell us about her day, or just talk about anything that was on her mind. She loved her dogs back in NM. She only wished the best for everyone in her life. She was so caring, always wanted to listen, always there if you needed her. It's silly but, I'm glad she got to play silksong before this happened. She's a huge hollow knight fan, steven universe fan, she had so many interests and hobbies. She was the sweetest, most kindest soul I've ever met in my life. Her being there helped me through the darkest times in my life. I cannot express enough how much of a heart of gold she had. Everyone she knew loved her so so much. I don't know if I'II ever get over the aching void that's in my heart now after this. My heart aches so bad for her family too. I've been crying nonstop ever since the 12th when my friends found out she was the one who died from the news articles. She had so much life left to live, she was so ambitious no matter what got in her way. Just the most beautiful soul ever. I can't believe she's gone.
Please don't remember her for the horrific end to her life. Remember her for who she was, a tru blessing. To everyone around her.

I’m playing Trails in the Sky SC and it and FC have been hitting me the same way the Xenoblades and Xenogears do, where I love being in this world and enjoy every second of playing, even when I’m grinding. And talking to every npc after each story beat is really engaging despite the time it takes
