Grade wenn du eine Diagnose nicht ändern kannst nimm die Erkenntnisse als positiv: Du weißt es kann passieren in Zukunft aber du weißt dass es medizinisch begründet ist und keine Einbildung! Das hat mir zumindest sehr geholfen mit bestimmten Diagnosen umzugehen 🤍 120
