Superman has a friendly chat with a dude hanging out on a rooftop. He offers Superman a breakfast burrito from a local place and flies off.

We see that guy getting a a superman tattoo, then handing a burrito to a homeless man. And then cutting back to the present, where he helps fix Lex Luthor's tire for free (while not recognizing him and mishearing his name). He drives off, saying "I'm just doing what Superman would do."
