Chiari malformation? I had 7 neurosurgeries 25 years ago in NYC for that. Something is definitely up with her bp spikes but so glad to hear stroke and bleed have been ruled out. When this happened to me they ended up putting in a shunt for too much fluid. Been ok since.

They have a good team there. They will be trying to rule out all of the big bads and stabilize her bp. Eat frequently and drink. Make sure your Mrs does the same. They will get to the bottom of things soon, then you can move forward with a plan.
