Before you get snobbish about e-readers, remember that they allow large text for those with sight disabilities, alternate fonts for those with dyslexia, and can be laid down flat for those lacking mobility in their hands. That last point is especially helpful for me right now. Go e-readers!

Just finished Leviathan, book 10 of 10 in the Matthew Corbett series by Robert McCammon. When I start a long series I always wonder if it will stay interesting. This series did, and kicked it up a level in the last book. It also had a unique ending.

I'm fascinated by people who proudly proclaim they don't read prologues or epilogues. These are people chasing stats not looking for a human experience. If a writer writes a prologue, I read it. If they write and epilogue, I read it. Hell, I'll wade through quite a few appendices if they're good.
